Introduction

Your privacy matters.

Go Digital Science, Inc., referred to in earlier versions of this site as ClearSlide, Inc., is committed to protecting your privacy. This page summarizes the company's information practices and the choices available to you regarding the use of personally identifiable information, which we refer to as PII. PII means information that can be used to identify a person.

The platform provides web based and mobile services designed for the communication needs of sales teams. The services are made available to users who have accounts, called Customers, through the company website. Customers use the services to communicate with their customers and sales prospects, called Viewers.

The services allow the company and its Customers to upload presentations, sales collateral, and other content, along with information about Viewers. Customers retain all rights to the content they upload. The company does not access or modify Customer content except as necessary to provide the services, prevent or resolve technical problems, or respond to a support request.

Information Customers provide

If you are a Customer, the company may require information to deliver the services, manage your account, and handle billing. This can include names, company names, email addresses, phone numbers, credit card numbers, billing addresses, and financial qualification information.

Customers also provide information about the Viewers they wish to communicate with, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. The company does not use or access that information except with the Customer's permission, to provide the services and related support. The company does not sell this information and does not use it to contact Viewers except on the Customer's behalf and at the Customer's direction.

Customers may also submit content for use with the services. Customers are responsible for the content and other information they input. The company does not alter content that Customers intend to share through screen sharing, and does not share that content with third parties other than those with whom the Customer intends to share it.

Information from Viewers

If you are a Viewer, the company or its Customers may ask you to provide information in order to view content. When a Customer asks you to provide information through the services, the company stores that information on behalf of the Customer, and the Customer's privacy practices apply. The company does not access the information except with the Customer's permission to provide the services and support.

When the company collects information under the direction of a Customer, it has no direct relationship with the individuals whose data it processes. If you are a customer or prospect of one of those Customers and no longer want to be contacted, please contact that Customer directly.

Visitors, referrals, and usage data

If you visit the site and request information through a form, email, or similar means, the company may ask for your name, company, job title, company email address, and information about your company. This information may be used to contact you about the services or about becoming a Customer.

The referral service may allow a Customer to refer a colleague. The company may use the information provided to contact the referral about the services. The site and services may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the service, remember preferences, measure performance, and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some features may depend on them.

When information is shared

Transfers to subsequent third parties are covered by service agreements with those providers. The company may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction. The company does not sell PII.

These include encryption for sensitive metadata and stored content, unique content links, access controls, and ongoing security testing. You can read more on the security overview. Information is retained for as long as needed to provide the services, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
