Using the service

These terms govern your use of the platform.

By accessing the website or using the services, you agree to these terms. If you use the services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and the terms refer to the organization. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

The services are intended for business use. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to accept these terms.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the confidentiality of credentials, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe credentials have been compromised. Access may be suspended if we detect a security risk, unauthorized use, or a violation of these terms. Named user credentials may not be shared.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of another person.
• Send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable anti spam law.
• Upload malicious code, interfere with the service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against another person.
• Reverse engineer the service or use it to build a competing product.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non exclusive, royalty free license to host, process, transmit, display, and create derivative technical copies of the content as needed to provide the services. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and to grant this license. You are responsible for the content and for the way it is used in your communications.

Our intellectual property

The services, software, design, documentation, and trademarks are owned by Go Digital Science or its licensors. These terms do not grant you any right to use the company name, logo, or trademarks without written permission, except as needed to use the services as intended.

Privacy and data protection

Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy. If you process personal data of individuals in regulated jurisdictions, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for providing required notices. Where we act as a processor, we will follow the instructions in the applicable agreement.

Third party services

The services may connect with third party products, such as CRM, email, cloud storage, and collaboration tools. Your use of those products is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third party products, and we do not control their availability or data practices.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the services available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify features, apply security updates, or retire functionality. Material changes that reduce core functionality will be communicated in advance where practical.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability is limited to the amounts paid for the services in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars if no amount was paid. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the services in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or the rights of another person, subject to the limitations in the applicable agreement.

Termination

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unauthorized use, non payment, or a security risk. On termination, your right to use the services ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity, will survive.

Governing law and contact
